THAILAND TRIP | HOW TO GET TO PATTAYA FROM BANGKOK

BUS STATION IN PATTAYA
After we had our breakfast in our Hotel in Bangkok we checked-out early for our trip to Pattaya. There various ways on how to go to Pattaya from Bangkok, you may get taxi in Bangkok (Not an option for us because its expensive), take a Train from Hua Lamphong Station (again, not an option for us because the train leaves early in the morning and the travel time takes more that three hours because it stops in every station) so, the best option for us is to take a bus from Bangkok's Eastern Terminal (Ekkamai) buses leaves every half an hour. Travel time is around two hours and the ticket is around 120 Baht.

Welcome to Pattaya

I first visited Pattaya Tourism Information to get a free map and get a taxi (Tuktuk) to our hotel, the taxi is more like a Jeepney and picks up and drops passenger along the way.

We stayed at Hardrock Hotel located in the Beach Road.

THAILAND TRIP | NASA VEGAS HOTEL, BANGKOK REVIEW

HOTEL ENTRANCE

When I was choosing for a hotel for our first day in Bangkok, I only have two consideration, first it has to be near the airport because this is my first time in Bangkok and I don't want to get lost searching for the hotel and second, it has to be cheap because we will be arriving in Bangkok at night and will leave for Pattaya early the following morning, so a pricey hotel is not necessary.

So, I booked at Nasa Vegas Hotel through agoda.com. The hotel is only a few steps away from Suvarnabhumi Airport Rail Link Ramkhamhaeng Station, so there is no chance for me to get lost.

The hotel is cheap,  I only paid Php 620.26 for 1 night, perfect for traveller on a budget like me.

HOTEL VOUCHER
So, you might wonder how comfortable is my stay considering I only paid Php620.26. It was nice, maybe because I was not expecting more from 600 pesos, right? But they have friendly staff, good and cheap buffet breakfast. What I don't like about the hotel is the bathroom, the tiles is stained.

THE HOTEL

AQUARIUM AT THE LOBBY

BED

THE BATHROOM, SEE THE STAIN?

TV AND BAR

THEY HAVE CONDOM IN THE BAR, THATS EFFICIENT HAHA...

FISH FEEDING IN NUVALI

I've heard so many good things about Nuvali in Sta. Rosa Laguna but never been there until today. Nuvali is just an hour or two drive away from Manila and is now becoming a favorite weekend escape  because there are a lot of fun and interesting activities to enjoy there.

One thing that I enjoy is fish feeding, this is the first time I've seen so many Koi, or should I say, hungry Koi. Fish pellets are available for sale at 15.00 per packets.

The say, "Fish Brings GoodLuck" How many Goodluck do you think can this bring?

Besides Fish Feeding, other activities to enjoy while in Nuvali includes,  Biking, Boating, Dining, Wakeboarding or you may just enjoy the serenity of the place.

Ride for this Water Taxi cost Php 30.00 per person, which can accomodate 6 persons.

Bikes for Rent for Php 60.00 per hour

Why not include Nuvali in your next weekend escape, its the the place where nature and modern living meets.
